- Manage a defined set of customers in Germany/NRW
- Drive account penetration in existing and new strategic accounts
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners for solution delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to public customers and partners
- Build relationships with customers and partners at all levels
- Identify key buying influencers
- Use CRM tools for knowledge sharing and business predictability
- Achieve sales targets aligned with team objectives
- Plan handovers with technical consultants and channel partners
- Ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity
- Share best practices and seek continuous improvement
