Tasks
- •Serve as the main point of contact for large named accounts
- •Understand clients' business and IT challenges
- •Drive value for clients while maximizing revenue
- •Focus on growing base business and new opportunities
- •Manage account planning through scheduled reviews
- •Leverage external partners for solution sales
- •Spend significant time directly with customers
- •Interface with various levels within customer organizations
- •Develop business plans in collaboration with customers
- •Apply consultative-selling techniques to identify opportunities
- •Maintain high customer loyalty and build trust
- •Achieve and manage quarterly and annual quotas
- •Enter and update opportunities in the pipeline tool weekly
- •Implement industry-leading pipeline management practices
- •Execute margin recovery activities and strategies
- •Act as the first interface for international accounts
- •Identify customer requirements and match with company capabilities
