- Proven track-record scaling global revenue, building teams, and operational rigor

- Scientific credibility with KOL engagement and complex value translation
- Collaborative leadership style with founders and executives
- Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences; PhD or MBA a plus
- English required; German helpful

- Own global commercial and marketing strategy
- Translate scientific strengths into sustainable revenue
- Partner closely with different teams
- Structure the commercial organization
- Drive revenue growth
- Manage pricing strategies
- Develop and manage sales channels
- Oversee the sales pipeline
- Retain and expand customer base
- Manage key accounts
- Develop renewal programs
- Implement upsell programs
- Translate strategy into clear Go-To-Market OKRs
- Create dashboards for forecast, funnel, and performance
- Foster KOL collaborations
- Drive thought leadership initiatives
- Coach and develop the team
- Hire new team members
- Structure the commercial team
- Scale e-commerce and demand generation
- Advance green initiatives
- Partner with R&D and Legal on IP protection
- Support product launches with IP expertise
