Requirements

  • MSc in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or blue-chip environments
  • Exposure to pharmacy and/or mass market customers
  • Experience in category development
  • Trade marketing excellence by entering new categories and building category leads
  • Proven experience building and leading Joint Business Plans in matrix organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Deep understanding of P&L management
  • Deep understanding of RGM
  • Deep understanding of category drivers
  • Deep understanding of sales fundamentals
  • Experience in advanced customers such as drugstores and discounts
  • Experience developing omnichannel strategies
