You will drive the company's growth in France by building strategic partnerships and managing sales performance across the industrial automation sector to expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Degree or professional training in Business, Industrial Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales
  • Experience building and scaling distributor or system integrator networks
  • Understanding of robotics, industrial equipment, automation, or production technologies
  • Solid commercial and contractual negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners across EU markets
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
  • Fluency in French and English

Tasks

  • Identify, onboard, and develop French channel partners
  • Build long-term commercial and management relationships
  • Support partners with solution positioning and deals
  • Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels
  • Manage joint sales pipelines and performance reviews
  • Oversee partner contracts and commercial terms
  • Ensure pricing consistency and margin targets
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers on revenue
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and R&D teams
  • Represent the company at trade fairs
  • Strengthen presence within the French automation ecosystem
