Requirements

  • Background in robotic and automation sales
  • Understanding of robotics and automation technologies
  • Market expertise in Spanish automation sector
  • Degree in Business, Industrial Technology, or related
  • 3+ years experience in business development
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Understanding of robotics and production technologies
  • Commercial and contractual negotiation skills
  • Effective communication with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
  • Fluency in English
  • Additional European languages are advantageous

Tasks

  • Identify new business opportunities and customer projects
  • Develop long-term relationships with OEMs and end users
  • Cultivate partnerships with system integrators
  • Manage customer and strategic ecosystem partner relationships
  • Lead commercial offers and sales negotiations
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers to drive revenue
  • Coordinate with operations and R&D on customer requests
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and events
  • Strengthen market presence within the European automation ecosystem
