Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development
  • Ability to understand and articulate business value of complex enterprise software solutions
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas
  • Higher education or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Expertise in using CRM software for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in German and English
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills
  • Curiosity and high interest in AI solutions
  • Deep understanding of different partner business models
  • Proven track record in working effectively in a highly matrixed organization
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

  • Identify and sell to customers through partners
  • Register, qualify, and sell complex enterprise opportunities
  • Collaborate with VAR resources for sales and product training
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast for VAR business
  • Analyze growth industries and trends in the target market
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership
  • Manage channel challenges and facilitate resolutions
  • Communicate partner needs to internal teams
  • Recruit and onboard new partners to expand market reach
  • Create and implement joint business plans with partners
  • Supervise and report on partner sales activity and performance
