C2 Systems Administration Lead(m/w/x)

Requirements
- •Clear written and oral communication skills
- •Team interaction and effort coordination skills
- •Experience interfacing with clients and users
- •Active adjudicated TS/SCI Clearance
- •BA/BS + 5 years, AA/AS + 7 years, certification + 9 years, or 11 years specialized experience
- •OCA, OCP, Solaris, RHCSA, or MCSA-Windows Server 2012 certification
- •DOD 8570 IAT Level III or greater
- •Knowledge of Windows, VMWare, Solaris, and RHEL
- •Knowledge of Solaris zones and Red Hat KVM
- •Experience in GCCS, systems, and network administration
- •TESA eligibility
- •ITIL v3 – Foundation certification
- •Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- •Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- •Experience with TBMCS, AEGIS, DCGS, and TADL
- •Experience with ICSF, COP, ArcGIS, and Google Earth
- •Automation using PowerShell, VBScript, or batch files
- •Adaptability to changing circumstances and operational needs
- •Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
- •Experience with DoD IT security requirements
- •Experience with VmWare ESXi administration
- •Experience managing and developing Group Policies
- •Experience supporting Cisco Routers and Switches

- •Manage GCCS-J and related Family of Systems
- •Ensure system availability on dispersed Windows Enterprise networks
- •Establish complex operational databases and software configuration controls
- •Maintain file servers and network access
- •Troubleshoot system anomalies to optimize equipment performance
- •Execute actions to improve system performance and efficiency
- •Provide Tier 3 infrastructure design and implementation support
- •Configure devices according to established security policies
- •Coordinate technical refreshes and upgrades for C2 applications
- •Procure hardware based on PMO and developer specifications
- •Interface directly with client managers and system users
- •Provide remote support and travel to customer sites
- •Implement strategic initiatives and day-to-day team deliverables
