As a Business Value Consultant, you will engage with sales and customer teams to drive measurable value through data and AI. This role involves shaping strategies, guiding executives, and showcasing success stories, all while fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree
• •9+ years in enterprise software sales, consulting, or business transformation
• •5+ years in Business Value Consulting or similar strategic roles
• •Ability to apply data-driven analysis to business challenges
• •Deep understanding of data, analytics, ML, and AI
• •Strong storytelling, presentation, and executive-level communication skills
• •Expertise in building financial models, ROI frameworks, and value realization plans
• •High business acumen with a consultative, problem-solving approach
• •Collaborative mindset and track record of expanding customer relationships

Tasks

• •Partner with sales leadership to anchor customer engagements in measurable value creation
• •Lead strategic pursuits for key accounts and shape win strategies
• •Quantify customer impact and build validated business cases demonstrating ROI
• •Guide executive engagements to co-create AI and data roadmaps for transformation
• •Coach field teams on value-selling principles to enhance customer conversations
• •Collaborate with marketing to present customer success stories through various formats
• •Develop reusable financial models and value frameworks for the go-to-market team
• •Identify opportunities to evolve the value-selling approach and implement best practices
• •Align with GTM leaders on regional strategy, industry trends, and growth opportunities
