- •3–4 years in business development, sales development, or inside sales
- •Proven ability to hit activity and conversion targets
- •Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
- •Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools
- •Excellent communication in English; additional European languages are a plus
- •Resilience, drive, and passion for building relationships and hitting targets

- •Generate new business leads from MQLs to SQLs
- •Proactively source and qualify prospects through high-volume outbound activities
- •Cold call potential customers and build relationships with eCommerce decision-makers
- •Research target accounts in fashion, retail, B2B wholesale, sports, and DIY sectors
- •Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
- •Maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce CRM
- •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to refine lead generation strategies
- •Attend industry events to generate leads and expand your network
