Requirements

  • 3–4 years in business development, sales development, or inside sales
  • Proven ability to hit activity and conversion targets
  • Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools
  • Excellent communication in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Resilience, drive, and passion for building relationships and hitting targets

Tasks

  • Generate new business leads from MQLs to SQLs
  • Proactively source and qualify prospects through high-volume outbound activities
  • Cold call potential customers and build relationships with eCommerce decision-makers
  • Research target accounts in fashion, retail, B2B wholesale, sports, and DIY sectors
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate lead data in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to refine lead generation strategies
  • Attend industry events to generate leads and expand your network
