Business Development Manager, MEA – Grid Automation(m/w/x)
Product marketing for grid and substation automation solutions in the utility segment. 5+ years of product marketing experience with grid automation required. Support for sales teams, channel partner onboarding, and value proposition creation.
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation/Software Engineering
- 5+ years experience in product marketing or management
- Experience with Grid Automation, Substation Automation, or Protection Relays
- Knowledge of Utility segment (TSO and DSO)
- Experience with multi-channel go to market, including channel partners
- Ability to work in international environment with collaborative attitude
- Global mindset, intercultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills

- Digital Marketing knowledge
Tasks
- Define and implement product marketing strategies
- Support sales teams in driving product sales
- Scout and onboard new Channel Partners
- Create and communicate product value propositions
- Coordinate Product Marketing Specialists
- Promote and homologate Grid Automation products
- Identify and create market opportunities
- Evaluate market opportunities and propose activities
- Bridge Division Marketing & Sales and Factory Marketing & Sales
- Focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement
- Achieve total demand orders and growth margin
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support market pricing policy
- Guide and coordinate Product Marketing Specialists
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with product support and training
