Tasks
- Define and structure the Channel Partner Program for Grid Automation Software
- Create value propositions for Grid SCADA, Substation SCADA, and ADMS
- Develop channel management processes and ensure partnership execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Business Lines, Product Marketing, and Product Management
- Work with Lead Factory, supply units, Technology Centers, and Supply Chain Management
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for program implementation
- Ensure compliance with ABB policies, contractual agreements, and quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners during technology transfer and business plan execution
- Design, implement, and maintain channel partner programs aligned with company strategy
- Define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Ensure partner compliance with contractual and ethical standards
- Develop onboarding processes and training materials for Grid Automation channel partners
- Coordinate enablement initiatives such as certifications, workshops, and webinars
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration
- Track partner performance against program goals
- Prepare regular dashboards and reports for leadership
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Identify potential risks in channel operations and develop mitigation plans
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Operations teams
- Align channel programs with product launches and marketing campaigns
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and partners
- Continuously review and improve program processes for efficiency and scalability
- Implement tools and systems to support partner management and reporting
- Manage program budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Evaluate local homologation requirements and identify necessary activities
- Enforce and live ABB’s core values of safety and integrity
- Manage partnership projects and follow best practices and company policies
