Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in e-mobility or energy sector
  • Experience working with larger accounts/companies, especially in energy sector
  • Proactive, independent working style with a 'get it done' attitude
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, e.g., Salesforce
  • Native-level German speaking proficiency
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

Tasks

  • Grow the software business in the German energy sector
  • Establish vaylens backend as a solution provider for energy supply companies
  • Enable efficient operation of charging infrastructure
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Analyze trends to identify opportunities in the energy sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive sales margin and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensure customer retention through strategic touchpoints and success planning
  • Manage and prioritize activities using the sales stack and CRM
  • Track customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support energy sector partners
