- •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or related field
- •Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in e-mobility or energy sector
- •Experience working with larger accounts/companies, especially in energy sector
- •Proactive, independent working style with a 'get it done' attitude
- •Knowledge of CRM tools, e.g., Salesforce
- •Native-level German speaking proficiency
- •Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

- •Grow the software business in the German energy sector
- •Establish vaylens backend as a solution provider for energy supply companies
- •Enable efficient operation of charging infrastructure
- •Forecast and track key account metrics
- •Analyze trends to identify opportunities in the energy sector
- •Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- •Drive sales margin and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- •Ensure customer retention through strategic touchpoints and success planning
- •Manage and prioritize activities using the sales stack and CRM
- •Track customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records
- •Collaborate with internal teams to support energy sector partners
