- Build expertise in eFront and Aladdin
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Client Engagement and Sales
- Resolve issues and escalate concerns
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering
- Incorporate client feedback into roadmap planning
- Strengthen alignment across Aladdin Client Business
- Ensure cohesive, high-quality support post-acquisition
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives
- Streamline internal processes
