  • Previous manager level experience interfacing with General Managers
  • Sales/Sales Management experience (plus)
  • Demonstrated business analytical capabilities
  • Track record of contingency planning with Commercial Operations focus
  • Sales Analytics and CRM Management experience (preferable)
  • Demonstrated performance of influencing change

  • Achieve margin expansion and forecast accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with quality system requirements
  • Lead Commercial Excellence tools and MyDASH implementation
  • Support Sales Cadence Process adoption and best practices
  • Coordinate in-Region activities and stakeholder alignment
  • Advocate for and maintain area tools
  • Capture and prioritize tool investment needs
  • Champion Commercial Excellence through learning and coaching
  • Support area-level business planning and execution
  • Ensure alignment and integration of commercial activities
  • Drive Area Monthly IBP Commercial Management Processes
  • Establish and maintain ‘One set of numbers’
  • Report on business and market dynamics changes
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities
  • Communicate and close key decisions and action items
  • Standardize and improve business processes
  • Identify and address process or learning gaps
  • Establish metrics for monitoring and execution
  • Apply continuous improvement processes
  • Support and mentor Commercial Operations Excellence Managers
  • Measure success by area sales, margin, and EP goals
  • Monitor MyDASH effectiveness and pipeline transparency
  • Track acquisition and value expansion win rates
  • Evaluate integration and value creation achievement
  • Ensure IBP forecast accuracy
