- •Several years of experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in the DACH market
- •Strong people management skills with a coaching-first, hands-on leadership style
- •Proven ability to develop sales talent and improve performance
- •Solid understanding of SMB, Mid-Market, and B2B sales cycles
- •Comfortable managing and working with data-enabled pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and deal health
- •Ability to balance structure and pragmatism in a fast-moving scale-up environment
- •Fluency in German and English

Tasks
- •Lead and develop a team of Account Executives
- •Drive performance through effective execution and pipeline discipline
- •Conduct 1:1 meetings and pipeline reviews
- •Facilitate deal coaching sessions and team training
- •Ensure accurate sales forecasting and visibility on risks
- •Enhance sales fundamentals like qualification and closing
- •Collaborate with the Managing Director on DACH strategy
- •Align with BDR, Partnership, and Account Management teams
- •Assist in hiring and onboarding new Account Executives
- •Promote a culture of performance and continuous improvement
