  • Support reps in their sales career growth
  • Hire high-quality Account Executives aligned with market demand
  • Foster a small, high-caliber team for remarkable results
  • Establish executive relationships with customers
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for deal flow
  • Work with Revenue Ops to refine processes and tools
  • Become a product and industry expert
  • Provide practical advice and relevant stories to customers
  • Manage dashboards and forecasts effectively
  • Engage in collaborative, team-based sales strategies
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the TA space
