Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology
- At least 3 years of consultative sales experience in engineering solutions
- Experience in MedTech, Automotive, or Industrial sectors
- Knowledge of test & measurement solutions or capital equipment sales
- Self-motivation and autonomy
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
Tasks
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Understand customer needs and position Averna as a key partner
- Develop and execute account strategies for the region
- Manage forecasting and pipeline using Salesforce
- Expand existing customer relationships and penetrate new accounts
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to secure complex deals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for sustainable business
- Represent Averna at tradeshows and events quarterly
