- Lead the Account Manager Team of over 10 members across multiple European markets
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team
- Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in Germany
- Onboard customers immediately after contract signing and guide them through the entire lifecycle
- Utilize customer feedback to improve software in collaboration with the development team
- Identify upselling opportunities and seek potential partnerships
- Stay informed about industry developments to drive strategic planning
- Plan and implement projects that foster Reonic's growth and innovation
