Tasks
- Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers in the German market
- Address technical issues promptly after contract signing
- Guide customers through technical inquiries about our system and renewable technologies
- Collaborate with the development team to incorporate customer feedback into software improvements
- Enhance customer experience through daily support calls and chat assistance
- Identify technical bottlenecks and work with the engineering team to improve solutions
- Plan and implement strategic projects to drive growth and innovation at Reonic
