  • Knowledge of test & measurement solutions or capital equipment sales
  • Self-motivation and autonomy
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

Tasks

  • Identify and approach potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and position Averna as a key partner
  • Develop and execute account strategies for the region
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline using Salesforce
  • Expand existing customer relationships and penetrate new accounts
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to secure complex deals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for sustainable business
  • Represent Averna at tradeshows and events quarterly
