Tasks

  • Consult customers on their growth journey.
  • Identify optimization levers and prepare product launches.
  • Build strong relationships with your customer base.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the Hive team.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback with the product team.
  • Onboard new customers into the Hive software.
  • Ensure a memorable first experience for new customers.
  • Join the account management team to deepen customer relationships.
