  • Enjoyment of multicultural international environments
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent English and German skills

Tasks

  • Manage sales for specific customers and distribution partners
  • Deliver revenue growth and design win KPIs
  • Assess resources and capabilities to exceed sales plans
  • Execute innovative sales approaches to drive profitability
  • Identify and develop new high-value regional accounts
  • Expand the existing consumer and industrial customer base
  • Develop account strategies through market analysis
  • Coordinate with manufacturing to launch new products
  • Build senior-level relationships with major accounts
