Account Executive(m/w/x)
Managing full sales cycle for AI-powered software and hardware in commercial greenhouse production. C2 Dutch proficiency required. Uncapped commission, international travel opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales
- C2 Dutch proficiency
- Strong English skills (B2–C1 minimum)
- Further European language (major plus)
- Comfort owning entire sales cycle
- Proactiveness, strong ownership, and accountability
- Ability to operate in fast-paced startup environment and willingness for onsite visits
- Curiosity and motivation to understand complex industries and customer problems
Tasks
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of greenhouse operators.
- Conduct discovery calls.
- Perform product demonstrations.
- Lead commercial negotiations.
- Close new customer accounts.
- Expand existing customer accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with growers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support customer renewals and retention.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
- Integrate grower feedback into product development.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and customer visits.
- Help build a repeatable commercial engine for international scaling.
