- •Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders and stakeholders
- •Passion for continuous learning and understanding of internal products and industry trends
- •Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- •Knack for aligning technology solutions with business objectives
- •Self-motivation, resilience, and results-driven approach

- •Build deep knowledge of Diligent’s products and solutions
- •Prospect new and existing business within designated verticals
- •Adopt a solutions selling approach to understand customer needs
- •Develop solutions through the lens of the Diligent One Platform
- •Foster relationships with prospects and customers
- •Honor commitments and connect customers to internal stakeholders
- •Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets
- •Collaborate with stakeholders for joint account wins
- •Coordinate sales actions based on customer needs and account risks
- •Create specialized business plans to drive outcomes and upsells
- •Present business plans to generate new opportunities
- •Lead feedback processes with product management and marketing
- •Manage the end-to-end sales cycle using approved methodology
- •Utilize sales tools to prospect leads and schedule meetings
- •Maintain accurate SFDC records and forecast bookings
- •Understand the competitor landscape and industry direction
