Requirements

  • Extensive track record in account management and revenue target achievement in ethics & compliance technology industry (Preference for Third-Party Risk Management experience)
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage large deal negotiations
  • Ability to build and maintain diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Continuous learning and desire to develop knowledge in products, industry trends, customer landscape
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • High curiosity and empathy to understand customer context, issues, pain points
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment

Tasks

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales.
  • Conduct initial prospect and customer meetings.
  • Utilize sales tools for lead prospecting.
  • Schedule initial meetings with sales tools.
  • Understand customer needs.
  • Tailor solutions for customers.
  • Develop solutions using the Diligent One Platform.
  • Propose solutions for complex customer issues.
  • Influence customer commitment decisions.
  • Address specific and complex customer challenges.
  • Ensure high prospect satisfaction.
  • Conduct proactive outreach with insights.
  • Perform regular follow-ups for opportunities.
  • Collaborate on strategic account plans.
  • Create proposals and presentations.
  • Highlight product technical capabilities.
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Forecast projected bookings.
  • Report on projected bookings and closed deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Increase win rates and generate bookings.
  • Demonstrate strong technical product knowledge.
  • Provide technical expertise during co-selling.
  • Coach Sales team on product knowledge.
  • Develop Sales team's professional skills.
  • Enhance Sales team's business understanding.
  • Analyze competitor landscape and industry trends.
  • Incorporate customer business strategy into plans.
  • Develop strategic account plans using external insights.
