Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable
  • Proven success selling SaaS B2B enterprise solutions in industrial software, manufacturing, AI/IIoT, automation, or digital transformation
  • Capability in complex B2B sales frameworks (e.g., Challenger Sales)
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and automation
  • Demonstrated rigor in pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and performance management
  • Management of diverse stakeholders and effective executive communication
  • Confidence in presenting and negotiating with C-level decision-makers
  • Cross-functional collaboration and pragmatic execution
  • Alignment with overarching strategic goals
  • Willingness to travel to customers and for internal meetings
  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Drive new business and foster growth in manufacturing
  • Execute sales and business development in assigned regions
  • Build and advance the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for AI solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales Head and colleagues to craft ROI business cases
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with C-level and VP-level executives
  • Work across Operations, Digital/IT, Engineering, and Plant leadership
  • Improve forecasting and pipeline management in CRM
  • Track stages, next steps, close plans, and potential risks
  • Identify untapped opportunities and new use cases in manufacturing
  • Contribute to strategic account plans through events and campaigns
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for the portfolio and organization
