Senior Account Executive Manufacturing Co-Intelligence(m/w/x)
Selling AI-led SaaS solutions to OEMs and Tier suppliers in manufacturing. Complex B2B sales frameworks and manufacturing process understanding required. Flexible working models, part-time options.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or comparable
- Proven success selling SaaS B2B enterprise solutions
- Experience in industrial software, manufacturing, AI/IIoT, automation, or digital transformation
- Capability in complex B2B sales frameworks (Challenger Sales or similar)
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and transformation
- Demonstrated rigor in pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and performance management
- Managing diverse stakeholders effectively
- Effective communication at executive levels
- Confident presentation and negotiation with C-level decision-makers
- Cross-functional work with ease
- Pragmatic execution aligned with strategic goals
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Manage and expand key enterprise manufacturing accounts
- Drive new business and foster growth among OEMs and Tier suppliers
- Execute global sales strategy within your region
- Build and advance the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for AI-led solutions
- Apply value selling techniques and craft compelling ROI business cases
- Cultivate strategic relationships at C-level and VP-level
- Ensure precise forecasting and rigorous pipeline management
- Track sales stages, next steps, close plans, and potential risks
- Identify untapped opportunities and new use cases in manufacturing
- Contribute to strategic account plans for digital transformation and AI adoption
