Acquiring net-new customers for EAM software in DACH manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure firms. Proven B2B enterprise software new logo acquisition experience and regular German use in customer conversations required. Regular DACH travel expected.
Requirements
- Regular use of German in customer-facing conversations
- Proven experience in new logo acquisition (B2B/enterprise software)
- Full ownership of complex sales cycles
- Strong outbound and account-based selling capability
- Confidence engaging senior operational/C-level leaders
- Consultative, value-based sales approach
- Commercial resilience and persistence
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and ownership
- Advantageous: Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive environments
- Fluency in German and English (customer-facing)
Tasks

- Collaborate with Sales Development and Pre-Sales
