Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 5+ years knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions
  • Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service
  • Understanding of business sales processes

  • Support strategy for specialty solution areas.
  • Drive solution wins for specialty areas.
  • Support territory strategy and planning.
  • Improve vertical market understanding.
  • Target account use cases.
  • Execute sales strategies.
  • Provide input to AEs for account planning.
  • Base recommendations on territory strategy.
  • Align territory planning with Now Value principles.
  • Align account planning with Now Value principles.
  • Help customers envision digital transformation.
  • Support strategy development with account teams.
  • Partner with customers and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmap.
  • Provide feedback on Capability Roadmap.
  • Gain agreement on Capability Roadmap.
  • Align teams based on engagement models.
  • Coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs.
  • Provide foundational solution knowledge.
  • Identify specialty solution opportunities.
  • Support sales cycle management.
  • Customize responsibility allocation for territory needs.
  • Celebrate team successes.
  • Champion diversity and foster inclusion.
