- •Evaluate ecosystem health and tiering progress
- •Report on metrics and dashboard data
- •Drive ecosystem governance and stakeholder communication
- •Generate new business in existing and new accounts
- •Align partner investments with company opportunities
- •Accelerate platform growth via joint go-to-market plans
- •Conduct pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews
- •Execute capacity plans for successful implementations
- •Build joint demand generation plans with marketing
- •Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- •Coach and enable partners remotely and in-person
- •Communicate partner program requirements and benefits
- •Manage day-to-day partner ecosystem operations
- •Execute remediation plans and manage partner portals
- •Pursue revenue goals through teaming and subcontracting
- •Foster relationships between the PDC and partners
