- •Align priorities with business sponsors and product management
- •Ensure coherence between use cases and data foundations
- •Establish financial frameworks for cost control
- •Chair the AI ART and oversee governance
- •Approve key milestones and final deliverables
- •Guide concept development for scalable solutions
- •Allocate resources and resolve capacity constraints
- •Mitigate delivery, technology, and regulatory risks
- •Act as a strategic partner to product owners
- •Foster a culture of accountability and transparency
