- •Align priorities with business sponsors and delivery teams
- •Coordinate AI use cases with platforms and data foundations
- •Govern financial frameworks to optimize costs and value
- •Chair the AI ART to ensure effective governance
- •Approve key milestones and final deliverables for quality
- •Guide concept development for scalable and compliant solutions
- •Allocate resources and resolve capacity or skill constraints
- •Mitigate delivery, technology, regulatory, and data risks
- •Act as a strategic partner to the delivery organization
- •Build leadership alignment across all stakeholder groups
- •Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
