In this role, you will take charge of defining and evolving the enterprise AI architecture while leading the delivery of robust AI solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve designing innovative systems, mentoring engineers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• •8+ years in software engineering
• •Strong backend and systems engineering expertise
• •Practical experience engineering LLM-powered applications
• •Solid MLOps and AI platform engineering background
• •Proven DevOps and cloud architecture experience
• •Comfort working in regulated enterprise environments

Tasks

• •Define and evolve the enterprise AI architecture
• •Lead hands-on delivery of production-grade AI solutions
• •Design and build LLM- and agent-based AI systems
• •Establish best practices for LLM and RAG architectures
• •Architect scalable, secure, and resilient AI platforms
• •Leverage distributed and event-driven architectures
• •Mentor senior engineers as a hands-on architecture leader
• •Lead architecture and design reviews
• •Deliver production-ready prototypes and reference implementations
• •Collaborate with Product, Security, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and IT
• •Ensure AI solutions meet regulatory and governance requirements
• •Lead the AI Developer Guild to enhance engineering standards
