- •Two years Service Desk experience
- •Independent ticket management in ITSM
- •Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
- •Basic computer network understanding
- •Active Directory or Entra ID experience
- •Microsoft 365 installation and administration
- •Good documentation skills
- •CompTIA A+ certification
- •Microsoft Certified MD-100 or MD-102
- •VET Diploma in IT or equivalent
- •ITIL Foundation Certificate
- •CompTIA Network+ certification
- •Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals
- •Service orientation and work ethic
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Teamwork, autonomy, and accountability
- •Attention to detail
- •Willingness to learn and adapt
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Basic knowledge of French

- •Provide first-line support for workstations and peripherals
- •Manage account access and network connectivity
- •Support printing services and Microsoft Office applications
- •Handle telephony and front-desk duties
- •Communicate technical instructions to non-technical users

- •Escalate incidents and follow up until resolution
- •Document requests in the Jira ticketing system
- •Provide regular status updates to users
- •Maintain the Confluence Eureka knowledge base
- •Track hardware movements and update asset information
- •Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
