Tasks

  • •Manage full life-cycle recruiting for engineering and GTM roles
  • •Partner with cofounders to define hiring needs
  • •Consult on market trends and compensation guidelines
  • •Identify and engage top-tier passive and active talent
  • •Develop specialized sourcing strategies for each requisition
  • •Maintain accurate data within the ATS for reporting
  • •Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews in Berlin
  • •Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates
  • •Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and managers
  • •Organize onsite hiring events and meetups in Berlin
  • •Collaborate with the People Team on HR best practices
