- Experience experimenting with sourcing, screening, outreach, reporting

Tasks

- Gather candidate feedback
- Analyze candidate survey data
- Implement process improvements
- Lead projects to enhance TA efficiency
- Mentor and coach fellow team members
- Train the team on new tools and practices
