- Oversee annual pay-for-performance review processes
- Ensure consistent application of compensation policies
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results
- Develop communication strategies for compensation programs
- Articulate complex compensation concepts to management
- Analyze market trends and prepare reports
- Monitor updates to employment legislation and regulations
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment on compensation packages
- Forecast and control costs related to salaries and benefits
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants
- Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders
