Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- •3+ years of professional work experience in a relevant industry
- •Successful track record in key account management or business relationship development
- •Ability to connect the dots in a complex matrix environment
- •Strong sense of perseverance and commitment to delivering positive outcomes
- •Digital mindset and capabilities - Salesforce experience preferred
- •Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English; fluency in another language is a plus
- •Strong research and analytical skills

- •Collaborate with the Partner Lead to shape engagement plans for Partners
- •Identify and communicate engagement opportunities with Forum Centre colleagues
- •Deliver successful Partner events, including registrations and logistics
- •Build strong relationships with Partner Representatives for tailored engagement
- •Monitor company announcements and reports to identify risks and growth opportunities
- •Develop and execute engagement plans based on partners' business priorities
- •Foster collaboration with the Account Team and Partner Lead
- •Ensure a coordinated 'One-Forum' approach for optimal Partner engagement
- •Monitor and manage partner retention and engagement metrics
