- Maintain ongoing partner engagement
- Build relationships with partner representatives
- Ensure retention through tailored engagement plans
- Onboard new partners into the Forum ecosystem
- Document partner information in Salesforce
- Monitor partner news and flag risks
- Course correct engagement as needed
- Prepare partners for institutional events
- Identify process optimization opportunities
- Manage partner retention and engagement metrics
- Proactively address business priorities and trends
- Foster a 'One-Forum' approach
- Collaborate with internal teams for optimal engagement
