Tasks

  • Maintain ongoing partner engagement with the Forum
  • Build and nurture relationships with partner representatives
  • Deliver tailored engagement plans to enhance partner retention
  • Onboard new partners into the Forum ecosystem
  • Document partner information accurately in Salesforce
  • Monitor partner news and health to identify engagement risks
  • Adjust engagement strategies based on monitoring insights
  • Lead event preparation for institutional events
  • Manage event invitations, registrations, and logistics
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Develop and execute engagement plans aligned with partner priorities
  • Proactively manage partner retention and engagement metrics
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of partner information in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner engagement
