- Deliver impactful HEOR evidence and deliverables
- Ensure access evidence needs in pivotal clinical programs
- Oversee timely delivery of value evidence for prioritized markets
- Translate HEOR evidence into value story
- Build partnerships with International V&A, Global and International Medical Affairs
- Collaborate with global regulatory and therapy area policy colleagues
- Seek early scientific advice from payer, policy maker, and regulatory agencies
- Network with thought leaders in the HEOR field
- Share learnings on internal and external developments
- Support external engagement with HTA bodies and policy makers
- Contribute to the functional strategy and vision
- Represent the function on critical internal initiatives
- Embrace change and optimize ways of working
