- Develop and implement transformative access solutions
- Focus on priority geographic markets and HTA architypes
- Support Global V&A TA Head internally and externally
- Drive vision and inspire leadership in Access community
- Represent Novartis in external fora and organizations
- Operationalize Integrated Product Access strategy
- Enhance value proposition and access-relevant evidence
- Ensure access landscaping and payer evidence requirements
- Champion global strategic vision for access innovation
- Develop global integrated product access strategy
- Create international pricing strategy and guidance
- Generate payer negotiation strategy
- Upskill and prepare countries for payer negotiations
- Create innovative patient access and contracting approaches
- Ensure robust payer value proposition at launch
- Develop expert value evidence input into TPPs and clinical programs
- Collaborate with HEOR & PCO team for high-quality strategy
- Determine payer evidence requirements and risks
- Create compelling access strategy with TA
- Provide access toolbox to priority markets
- Maximize value of Novartis assets
- Build and enhance best-in-class Access capabilities
- Attract, retain, and develop talent
- Report technical complaints and adverse events within 24 hours
- Distribute marketing samples where applicable
