- At least 7 years senior level experience in pharmaceutical companies, HTA, or health care consultancy
- Pricing, access, and commercial experience across multiple brands and therapeutic areas
- Excellent analytical skills for information extraction and summarization
- Ability to provide targeted insights and recommendations

- Strong finance acumen
- Recent above country (regional or global) role experience preferred
- Experience or strong exposure to priority markets (US, EU5, China, Japan)
- Experience or strong exposure to emerging markets in LaCan and APMA preferred
- Track record of successful cross-functional work
- Experience in preparing and negotiating reimbursement and HTA submissions
- 10+ years senior level experience
- Advanced degree (PhD, Masters) in Math, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Health Policy, or Health Economics

- Develop innovative pricing strategies and tactics
- Support regions/countries in delivering expected results
- Provide effective and inspiring team leadership
- Focus on career development and talent retention
- Work across functions and geographies to achieve goals
- Ensure key stakeholder alignment
- Serve as a reliable contact point for priority countries
- Provide active, effective support at the country level
- Interact regularly with priority countries
- Facilitate operational pricing scenario analysis
- Propose and consult on innovative contract solutions
- Share pricing approaches and strategies with the US organization
- Educate senior leadership on pricing and reimbursement landscapes
- Identify and address pricing policy barriers/opportunities
- Develop strategic and operational plans for key policy issues
- Endorse or withhold price proposals consistent with international governance
- Monitor local pricing implementation
- Oversee vendor/consulting/internal projects for strategic pricing
- Develop and execute pricing and contracting strategies for key compounds
- Ensure alignment with program and brand strategies
- Optimize brand value and market access
- Collaborate on pricing research with international functions
- Identify and synthesize competitor price information
- Trigger actions based on competitive trends
- Design and oversee international launch sequence optimization
- Coordinate with key countries and regions for global impact
- Develop and co-create models to optimize pricing and access
- Recommend adaptations to pricing strategies
- Coordinate input into early-stage product price assessments
- Validate price, dosing, endpoint, and comparator selection
