Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or Market Research; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum ten years of experience generating insights in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology across therapeutic areas
- Expertise with qualitative and quantitative research, advanced analytics, and forecasting techniques
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decisions
- Understanding of drug development, regulatory environments, and pharmaceutical market dynamics outside the United States
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; effective collaborator
- Experience operating in global, cross-functional settings with diverse stakeholders
- Strong project management, prioritization, and delivery under tight timelines; proficiency with data sources, analytical tools, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence
- Experience building insights capabilities and promoting best practices
- Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence–driven research, predictive analytics, and data visualization
- International Top11 country experience (Health care systems i.e., patient- and HCP-level data)
