- •MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- •Fluent oral and written English
- •Other language(s) as an added bonus
- •Minimum 10 years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience
- •Familiarity with standard pharmaceutical databases
- •Experience incorporating big data analytics into forecast models
- •Ability to identify and implement AI solutions
- •Expertise in patient-based forecast modelling
- •Ability to translate cross-functional inputs into forecast models
- •Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- •Strong project management skills
- •Effective team building and consulting skills
- •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

- •Generate evidence-based long-term revenue assessments
- •Lead and update long-term forecasts for new and existing programs
- •Provide detailed commercial opportunity assessments
- •Synthesize key risks and opportunities across programs and portfolios
- •Map patient journeys and gather HCP and patient insights
- •Analyze competitive intelligence and positioning strategies
- •Construct clear narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- •Create impactful data presentations and visualizations
- •Develop epidemiology-based sales and volume forecasts
- •Maintain forecasts for pipeline and in-market brands
- •Integrate product and market insights from US and International teams
- •Consolidate US and International data into approved brand numbers
- •Align with stakeholders on critical assumptions and treatment journeys
- •Summarize forecast methodology and results for relevant systems
- •Support forecast development for licensing and M&A opportunities
- •Coach and mentor junior colleagues
