Requirements

  • 3-5 years HR Services/Administration or similar operational HR role experience
  • Proven track record in recruiting and high motivation for recruitment process
  • Completed HR-related education, training, or equivalent practical HR experience
  • Excellent German skills
  • Business level English skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to take responsibility and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in approaching and supporting stakeholders
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional with high sense of responsibility
  • Strong IT skills
  • Hands-on experience in HR software (e.g., Personio, Workable)
  • MS Office skills
  • Structured, hands-on working style with attention to detail and service mindset
  • Right to work in Switzerland (Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizen)

  • Manage end-to-end HR administration
  • Handle employee data management
  • Process sickness and accident notifications
  • Support onboarding and offboarding
  • Respond to HR inquiries
  • Issue reference letters
  • Prepare monthly HR reports
  • Coordinate recruitment activities
  • Draft and manage job advertisements
  • Align with hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Communicate with candidates
  • Document interview feedback
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Support background screening
  • Maintain candidate and new joiner files
  • Perform four-eye payroll reviews
  • Answer payroll-related inquiries

  • Process HR invoices
  • Track HR costs
  • Coordinate with Finance and external partners
