- MS Office skills
- Structured, hands-on working style with attention to detail and service mindset
- Right to work in Switzerland (Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizen)
Tasks
- Manage end-to-end HR administration
- Handle employee data management
- Process sickness and accident notifications
- Support onboarding and offboarding
- Respond to HR inquiries
- Issue reference letters
- Prepare monthly HR reports
- Coordinate recruitment activities
- Draft and manage job advertisements
- Align with hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews
- Communicate with candidates
- Document interview feedback
- Conduct reference checks
- Support background screening
- Maintain candidate and new joiner files
- Perform four-eye payroll reviews
- Answer payroll-related inquiries
- Liaise with external payroll providers
- Administer HR systems
- Maintain high data quality in HR systems
- Implement system updates and improvements
- Support HR budget management
- Process HR invoices
- Track HR costs
- Coordinate with Finance and external partners
- Provide administrative and organizational support
- Take ownership of HR projects
- Support HR reporting processes
- Handle clarifications with stakeholders
- Ensure timely administrative follow-ups
