Requirements
- •Federal HR Specialist Certificate
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
- •Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security regulations
- •Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential data
- •Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SuccessFactors; Power BI experience is a plus
- •Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- •Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset

- •Manage HR administration processes for the employee lifecycle
- •Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- •Handle work certificates and relocation documentation
- •Maintain data quality in the HRIS with timely updates
- •Address incoming employee requests and inquiries
- •Support payroll by entering variable data and collecting tax residency certificates
- •Update pension plan contribution rates in the system
- •Produce HR analysis and reports for various departments
- •Lead HR Operations projects to improve practices and drive digitalization
- •Handle year-end activities related to tax residency and pension updates
- •Manage the internal platform for employee benefits and events
- •Promote HR policies and regulations among stakeholders
- •Document best practices and decisions for future reference
- •Collaborate with external partners and service providers
