Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree
• •Master’s degree preferred
• •Minimum of 7 years of HR experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• •Work experience in managing multiple manufacturing sites
• •Previous roles in large global matrixed Fortune 500 organization
• •Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry
• •Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday, Kronos) and Microsoft Office suite
• •Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
• •Regular travel required between different sites in France and Switzerland
• •Results-oriented approach, strong influencing skills, and ability to build authentic relationships
• •Solution-oriented mindset and critical thinking

• •Proven coaching and consulting abilities
